At Boutique Dornoch Accommodation, we aim to provide the luxury of a boutique hotel, with the relaxing freedom and privacy of the best holiday home.
Our self-catering/exclusive use properties are in or around the historic royal burgh of Dornoch, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. We ensure that all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the houses are luxuriously appointed, with sumptuous beds, Egyptian cotton bedlinen, fluffy towels, wood-burning stoves, deep baths and powerful showers. We fill them with as many things to keep you entertained as we think we can squeeze in, but the truth is, since they are situated in one of the most interesting and beautiful parts of Scotland, you will find more than enough to do, exploring the wonders of the Highlands.
Both Houses are available on either a self-catering or partly-catered basis.
The Meadows has recently been renovated – available from September 2022.
Embo House
Sleeps up to 16 and is situated in a secluded spot, just outside Dornoch. It has fabulous sea views.

Sleeps up to 8 and is situated in a quiet road in the centre of Dornoch, close to restaurants & Golf Club.
